I’ve always found behavioural interview questions to be the trickiest part of job interviews. It’s one thing to talk about your skills, but when they ask, “Tell me about a time you faced a challenge at work,” I sometimes blank out or struggle to structure my answer properly. It’s frustrating because I know I have good experiences to share, but explaining them in a way that sounds confident and professional isn’t always easy

I totally get that! I used to overthink my answers and end up either saying too much or not enough. What helped me was having a few key stories ready that I could adapt depending on the question. I also found a great resource on behavioural interview questions at https://jobssite.ca/expert-tips-for-answering-behavioural-interview-questions/. It gives solid advice on structuring responses so they sound clear and impactful. Honestly, just practicing a few times made a huge difference in my confidence!
